LET'S CHAT

I'm pretty sure I had this for breakfast every single day of the summer! It's such a good post-workout meal because it's filling and packed with protein without being super heavy. There are many variations of these oats. Try different berries, granola, or nut butter. This one is my favorite:)

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

2 Tbs peanut butter (I highly recommend unsalted natural peanut butter with no added sugar or oild)

1/4 cup granola (I use Nature's Path Organic pumpkin seed + flax granola)

1/4 cup blueberries

Drizzle of honey

RECIPE

1. You can cook your oats on the stove or in the microwave. For the stove, bring the almond milk to a rolling boil and immediately add the oats. Cook for 4-5 mins or until the oats have soaked up all the milk. In the microwave, combine the oats and milk in a bowl and cook it for 1.5 mins.

2. Remove the oats from heat and let them cool for 2 mins. Scoop the yogurt into the bowl of oats and mix it all up.

3. Top with peanut butter, blueberries, and granola.

4. Drizzle with honey

5. Mix and enjoy ;)
