Dark Blue Smoothie Bowl

Antioxidants + Protein + Crunchy Granola = :)


LET'S CHAT


There's something about eating a smoothie from a bowl with a spoon... It's just so much better than drinking it for some reason. Can I get an amen? Maybe it's because I love toppings so much. This one is perfect for breakfast or a post workout snack:)


INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup raw spinach

1/4 cup granola (I use Organic pumpkin-seed flax protein granola)


RECIPE


1. Put the blueberries, almond milk, protein powder, yogurt, spinach, and half of the banana in the blender; blend it all up.

2. Pour it into a bowl, top with the other half of the banana and the granola.

3. Enjoy!
